Yes we have a full medic team on hand 24/7 for the duration of the festival.
Yes, the festival is great and caters for all, with or without family.
Yes, no plastics are allowed on any of our sites.
Yes, but they must be kept on a lead and strictly cleaned up after.
Yes, but only with full weekend and camping tickets. People camping for two nights can bring half the allowance, none at all for single day tickets.
If you have a full weekend ticket with camping you can have 12 cans of any drink per person or two decanted bottles of wine per person.
No, no drinks whatsoever can be taken into the festival, free water is available at various points across the festival.
Yes, but full camping prices will have to be charged as you’ll still be taking a full pitch space.

Yes, but only if camping and into the camp site and we have a zero policy on all glass items.
No, there is a zero policy on open flames on the camp site with the exception of some cooking equipment.
If visiting on a day ticket you can stay on site until the final bar closes.
The majority of family entertainment is inclusive of the ticket price but there may be a charge on certain activities.
No there isn’t a cash machine on site but the bars can do cash back for a small fee of £1.95.
Yes there is a lost property section within our production office.
